At Blazego, we want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we offer the following return and refund policy:
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

30-Day Return Window: You can return products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, the products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Exceptions: Customized products, free gifts with purchase (if not defective), and products sold “as is” are not returnable.
Process for Returns and Refunds

Initiating a Return: Log in to your account on our website, go to “My Orders,” select the order, and click “Return.” Fill out the return form with reasons and upload photos of product issues if applicable. Alternatively, contact customer service via phone or email with order details and return reasons.

Return Shipping: After submitting the request, we’ll review it and email a return label (for eligible returns). Customer covers return shipping costs unless the issue is our fault (e.g., wrong item sent).

Inspection and Refund: Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it. If approved, we’ll process the refund (excluding return shipping costs unless our fault) within [7] business days. Refund time depends on your payment method.
Process for Exchanges

Initiating an Exchange: Follow the return initiation steps. In the return form, choose “exchange” and specify the new product. If the new product is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference; if cheaper, we’ll refund the difference.

Shipping for Exchanges: We’ll send a return label after request approval. You cover return shipping unless our fault. We’ll ship the new product after receiving and inspecting the returned one, with shipping costs as per the original order or our policy.
